Edinburgh Slingmeet Christmas Special Sat 19th Dec 11am - 1pm

We will be having our last Sling Meet of the year this Saturday, 19th December, from 11am - 1pm at the usual venue: The Kings Centre, Gayfield Street. (See here for directions: http://www.kingscentre.org/pages/location.php)

Come along to meet other babywearing parents, try a variety of different baby carriers and gain advice as to which may be the most suitable for you and your family. We will be having some Christmas Party food, and there will be plenty of toys and activities for the children to enjoy. Newcomers always very welcome - We look forward to seeing you there!

Happy New Year! When is the next edinburgh slingmeet? I'd like to come along and meet like minded mamas and get some tips on wrapping, I just got a Amazonas sling and am practising, back carry bit scary but using a doll at the moment!! I'm used to the Moby which helps. Beco hurts my back...would be keen to try others slings out too.

I'll let you know when I'm next in Edi and see if you're around. I live near Biggar. Ive got the AMazonas on at mo with sleeping baby, oh what a bad wrap job, loose bits everywhere and baby not sleeping as soundly as usual! oops
