We have lots of different slings and carriers now, but please post any requests in advance and we'll do our best to find them. We also have other babywearing gear, such as covers and coats which may be useful for people to have a look at over the winter months!

Feel a bit daft asking this, as I'm obviously loads of you must have more than one child, but is it ok to bring an older sibling along? I've never been in the Lane, but I guess it's been chosen because it's quite child friendly?!

In terms of slings, I'd love to try a connecta if anyone has one. I could bring a cwtshi evo, girasol almond, a moby, a small (?size 2) fleece coorie, and I also have a peerie somewhere if I can find it!

Yes, please feel free to bring your older child - the Lane is relatively child-friendly, particularly as we meet in a room where we can be separate from the other customers

There is a Connecta in the slingmeet 'sling library', so you will certainly be able to try that. I will be bringing my size 2 fleece coorie so don't worry about lugging that along with you unless you particularly want to, but we look forward to seeing and trying the rest of your stash!!

I'm thinking of making the trip across to join you on Friday with my 3 year old son and 13 month old daughter - would that be ok? I'd love to try any sort of didymos ellipsen (especially choco) if anyone has one they wouldn't mind bringing (even better if you are thinking of selling it )? I would also be interested to try one of the babywearing coats, especially a large kindercoat (don't ask for much do I ) I'll bring along my Melkaj MT and my Vatanai Maruyama, and maybe my Hopp too as I'd love a hand with tying back carries with it. Not sure if I will make it as Josh is getting big and would much rather be running around/away than confined inside... However, MummieLouie, just wanted to say I have a black mam babywearing coat which I will probably looking to shift on this winter. It's medium, but roomy. May not be what you're looking for though as I know you've asked about the kindercoat, but if you do let me know.

Thanks Suzanne - that sounds very tempting.... I'd ideally like to try a medium first if possible to check it will be big enough though, perhaps you could pm me with how much you are looking for and I'll see if anyone else has one I could try tomorrow Thank you!
