Help! twin mummy to be - Fareham

Hello,
I am currently 19 weeks pregnant with twins and already have a 2 year old daughter. I am really keen to find out/try on as many different types of slings as possible and get some much needed advice on wearing the twins please.
I never had a sling with dd1 so am not really sure if this is actually something i can buy before the babies are born or if i have to wait.
All help greatly received!
