October - do we want to try a weekend? The last weekend attempt in July was a bit of a non-starter but I think that was because of the extreme hot weather?

It's a soft play area for under-fives with a cafe, and it's perfect for those of us blessed with bolters.;)

It's a couple of minutes walk from Blackhorse Lane tram stop which is just a few minutes' journey on the tram from East Croydon and West Croydon railway stations.

It's also right beside a 312 bus stop and parking is available in residential side roads.

I'm new to this forum, and we're due to have a baby on the 12th of September. I'd really like to use some kind of sling or baby carrier, but don't know much about it. Since there don't seem to be any London meets coming up, does anybody know of any shops in or around London which keep a decent range of slings that we could actually try on? Probably looking for a mei tei or soft buckle carrier of some kind I think. I've come across Sling Jax, but are there any other shops around?

nearest stations are finsbury park (victoria, piccadilly and national rail) and manor house (piccadilly line). the cafe itself is right in the middle of the park, near the tennis courts and next to the boating lake and main play area.

Wednesday 18th August, at 12pm, in Jubilee Gardens. There is a play area where we will be meeting. The Gardens are right under the London Eye.

Tuesday 31st August at 1pm, in the Royal Festival Hall. We'll be in front of the bar area, on some comfy sofas!
