It would be dead handy if the poster was in an editable format, .doc most likely, so that people could add details for their local slingmeet to the bottom to bung a load up in their area.

It was done in photoshop (the latest version so even I can't edit it!). I'm not sure that can be exported to word? can it?

Have found a nifty way of getting info on the back of the postcard format if one is printing on paper. The avery label that's the nearest equivalent to A6 is L7169, can be used to create a document that will print to A4 with 4 'cells.'

If you have Illustrator you can edit pdf-files with it and alter them.

I opened it in photoshop and edited it as well (I am quite good with photoshop - but it is fairly simple - I just found a similar font and used the eye dropper to get the right colours.)

Hi, these promotional materials are a great idea. I've also used Photoshop to edit them. I'm trying to get a local slingmeet up and running and I spoke to a couple of baby shops about advertising - they said the best thing to do was have leaflets people could pick up. So I've had a go at adapting the design to an A4 tri-fold flier, adding some extra images and info - hope this is ok! If there is interest I could try to come up with a simple way that people without Photoshop etc could add their details. Let me know if you'd like me to.

I've managed to edit the SM poster and postcards using Corel Paint Shop Pro to include a space to add a venue, date and time for a slingmeet.

I'm in no way a pro at this sort of thing so it may not be perfect (although it took me AGES!! rofl ) but if anyone wants the files then im more than happy to email them to people or post them on here (if there is a wy to do that?!).

Sorry Tina, I've only just seen this message. Discovered the Posters and Cards will cost me a lot of money to get printed/copied as my printer died somewhere in the middle of two house moves last summerX(

I will PM my e-mail address. Any ideas for cheap printing?

You can find free software on line too that lets you edit the posters etc to insert your own meet details.
