pouch sizing

Hello all
Can anyone compare the sizing of a Hotsling size 1 with the Coorie size 1 (which I think is the old XS size)

If anyone has the time could they let me know the rail measurements please

Hotsling size 1
bottom (padded) rail = 22 inches
top rail = 21 inches

Coorie size 1 (XS)
both rails = 20 inches

Whilst I'm in full Geek-mode I may as well tell you that the Coorie is 21 inches wide and the Hotsling is 19 inches.

p.s I measured my Black Cotton Hotsling, which has been carefully washed once and did not shrink. The Coorie pouch has not been washed since I bought it last month.

Can I ask how they both feel to wear?

I had a small Coorie which was too big and am thinking of going for the XS (size 1) now

pouch sizing is so difficult!

I am very happy with both my XS Coorie and my size 1 Hotsling. I'd say the only (minor) problem I have is with the hotsling - mine is cotton and when Oz is wearing shoes, it is a little difficult to put on lol!

I used a small Coorie when Oz was tiny - it felt ok when he was in the cradle carry, but for hip carries XS is better for us.
