How's your didy practice going? Well, I hope. I saw this link and I thought of you and your long hair. Hope its useful.

yep..I admit it. I am now officially an obsessive, still too broke and chicken to spash out though. I'm waiting for the next meet to try the wraps. I think back carry will be best as apparently front facing is not recommended.

thanks rachel... got my first didy today (note use of word "first ;-)) loads of questions now... like what to do if in a back cross carry and he falls asleep - like now! at the moment my hair is in bunches and i look ridiculous - but wore my didy with a real sense of achievement today... hurray

Or you can untie one side,lean forward and re tie tucking his head in for support.

The dates of the meetings are listed above in the Sticky.
I think our current dates only go up to December,so we need to arrange dates for the new year,and if you can host a meeting that'd be great.

TBH I'm not crazy about wearing the baby facing out,see this thread on TBW

There are ways to wear baby facing out safely,but like anything it takes practice.
i know you were interested in using a ring sling.well on the tummy to tummy dvd there are instructions for wearing baby facing out in a ring sling...and in the MT so you might be able to try that babyhawk out again?
